Good or Excellent condition -- depends on whether you view the wear on the item as being artificial or having occured by wearing.

I don't know how the item was when new.

501 cut but the cut seems to have been slightly tweaked as it is very wearable and 501 generally does not fit me but this item is totally wearable. The waist shape is less extreme on this item.

The reverse side and for example the pocket linings are very clean, which makes me think the wear/patina on the item is all artificial (I mean done at the factory).

There is no shaping to previous user and for example the edgewear looks too clean to me to have occurred in use.

That said, if the distressing is artificial it is extremely well done, better than what you see in 99% of the cases.

For me 178cm/85kg (I wear mens L tops, 34/32 jeans/chinos) perfect fit size-wise.

I have a professional garment steamer. All the items are steam-ironed and inspected. If there is any latent smell/odour on the item, it will be noticed when the item is steamed. If there is odour, the item is destroyed and never put for sale.
