I don't know how the item was new, to me it appears to have minimal wear on it.

Has a few spots that appear to have some white dust on them, it does not seem like a defect or catch the eye, it is maybe caused by the dyeing process. The camera exaggerates the contrast and makes it look worse.

Sleeve lenght likely suits a female user better

For me 178cm/85kg (I wear mens L tops, 34/32 jeans/chinos) Nice fit and takes a midlayer no problem. Sleeves are a little short compared to everyday clothing but likely wouldn't bother me when wearing this for some occasion.
