I think for commuting purposes the waterproofness grades do not matter that much. I'm very happy with my old pair of ancient "no-grade" Stadium overpants.

Pants have two true pockets with zippers

Regular, straight cut

Fully lined, lining stays put and the pants just glide on, effortless to put on. Somewhat "shelly" in feel as the outer fabric has no stretch.

It’s a fantastic kit for commuting and basic daily use.

Size tag XL, maximum sized user wears I think 36” waist. However if you wear 36" and know you have high volume thigh/glute area, these will likely fit a bit too tight/close.

For me 180cm/85kg (I wear mens L tops, 34/32 jeans/chinos) Perfect fit and I'would want size L as I like the extra mobility.

I have a professional garment steamer. All the items are steam-ironed and inspected. If there is any latent smell/odour on the item, it will be noticed when the item is steamed. If there is odour, the item is destroyed and never put for sale.
