LEVIS 501 mens 34/30 nearly 34/32 made in UK 100%cotton farkut jeans CROTCH !!

Visually gorgeous item,

Crotch has ripped but has heavy duty expert level repair which I expect to hold in reasonable use.

DISTRESSED ITEM, see the descrioption:

No stains, has not been washed that much or badly as it looks and feels very good given the age of the product, of course item looks old and not new but not abused. Soft kind of black but not awfully faded, denim fabric is not heavily textured which adds to the softness of look.

HAS 4 ISSUE:

1. Crotch tear / corresponding repair on the rear side. Fix looks bulky but I don't feel it when wearing the item, item is perfectly my size so I should feel it I think if the work was bad.

2. Another tear on the front side, above the crotch seam on the right hand side below the zip fly cover. Raw, no repair attempts on it. On me, it is not visible when worn as the area just folds below the view.

3. Right hand pocket edge is damaged heavily by rubbing, pocket is totally usable still and there enough fabric there to reinforce it I think. Needs no work to be usable though and actually looks pretty good. Pocket lining has no damage. Coin-pocket is destroyed.

4. Back hems have some damage, but they are not ragged; I don't usually like the damaged look but here they look okay.

So, I guess 1. is the most serious but totally in control by the repair.

2. is worrisome but if the item fits you likely can be ignored if you behave with the item. 3. and 4. just needs to be pointed out, they are insignificant.

For me 180cm/85kg (I wear mens L tops, 34/32 jeans/chinos) Perfect fit, although 501 usually does not suit me. I think length should be tagged longer than 30" as the hem covers my anklebone.

I have a professional garment steamer. All the items are steam-ironed and inspected. If there is any latent smell/odour on the item, it will be noticed when the item is steamed. If there is odour, the item is destroyed and never put for sale.
