Alan Wake Limited Collectors Edition (Xbox 360)

Alan Wake Collector's Edition box set including it's original contents: The game disk, bonus disk, soundtrack as well as "The Alan Wake Files", a compilation book. The Collectors book has never been opened and none of the disk's have ever been used so they should all be in perfect condition. The box has been on display for a while so there are signs of mild wear. Over all it's in very good condition.
