Can't say how old the item really is, one of the tags say "4Q'91" but that seems too old to me when I look at the item as a whole and the neck label for example. I feel it's not very modern in any case.

Made in Hong Kong, in my view one of the most desirable origins for Levis shirts, fabrics are always extremely classy there.

Gorgeous midweight fabric with no defects

Collar is perfect and has a standard shape

Perfect collar shape, can be worn fully buttoned up; 50% of the time I have trouble with that.

Dark rock grey / burnished anthracite black colour, it is a simple standard colour and looks classy, nothing unusual in the finish; smart clean denim, workwear but not rustic.

Nice seamwork, some double seam action and overall tight seams and good looking thread. Pocket corners looks extremely good, it is a point of failure in some Levis designs.

Metallic buttons of slightly unusual type but they cause no trouble in operation. Have a look at one of the close-ups

Neck label is cut but it's only the label, no damage on fabric

For me 180cm/85kg (I wear mens L tops, 34/32 jeans/chinos) Fit looks okay in the pics, I think Ideal user is bigger than me in every aspect, Item is clearly too loose on me for my preference.

I have a professional garment steamer. All the items are steam-ironed and inspected. If there is any latent smell/odour on the item, it will be noticed when the item is steamed. If there is odour, the item is destroyed and never put for sale.
