Has next to no pilling, much less than you'd expect given the material mix
Relatively fresh feel, armpits have no issues, no piling/rubbing there either

Item is roomy but I say can be worn by true XL sized person upwards without it being too silly. Sleeves are not extra long and the hem elastic keeps the shape together.
For me 180cm/85kg (I wear mens L tops, 34/32 jeans/chinos) Item is too big to wear, it will start to look acceptable from a true XL sized person upwards.

Not a high quality item but somehow has resisted pilling and deterioration much better than comparable merch items from lets say Fruit of the Loom / Gildan, although the general feel is the same among those three the Artex item has remained in better state than I'd expect.
Graphics have obvious chipping&cracking but they are not peeling/flaking off aggressively. Image looks whole and natural still.

I have a professional garment steamer. All the items are steam-ironed and inspected. If there is any latent smell/odour on the item, it will be noticed when the item is steamed. If there is odour, the item is destroyed and never put for sale.
