This beautiful 5 year old gelding is very sweet, sociable, and curious but still fairly green. He will make a wonderful project horse and partner for someone interested in training.

He has been under training for a couple of months, and seems to pick up on everything quickly. Now he walks, trots, and just started canter. I have also been doing various ground work and desensitization training. It's quite rewarding work because of how quick he is. He is confident and doesn't seem to have any problem being out alone. His movements are forward and bring a nice energy in his gaits. Training has been successful with soft cues. And he likes to be with people, always comes up to say hi in the field.  

This guy still needs some work to fully blossom. His ideal human partner would be confident and competent both on the ground and in the saddle. He can try to be assertive in the occasional situation when he is being pushed, but never aggressive. And not overly head strong when corrected. He does seem eager to please generally. They will benefit from regular handling. He has been kept in pasture with two stallions in the past, and also separated for a while. His vaccines are up to date, winter shoes are on, teeth recently floated. He has trailered without issues a couple of times, but also needs more exposure to loading and unloading. I have no doubt this sweet, clever, spirited and willing gelding will excel in the right hands. He is currently set up to go in any direction, with the basics along the way could be trained for various disciplines or be a great trail and Hobby horse.
