Used these with Home Assistant for a few years, works flawlessly! You don't need the SilverCrest hub, you can just use the Zigbee dongle and Zigbee2MQTT to control these from Home Assistant.
I think the extension leads cost 20 euros a piece new, and the dongle was 15 euros new from Amazon.
