Veritas saw filing guide, made in Canada.

Anodized aluminium, stainless steel, hardened steel and brass materials.

Precision made guide to help accurately sharpen the teeth of dovetail backsaw and panel handsaw teeth. Can also be used to file gent saws and so on.

A speciality tool but an invaluable one if you want to establish the correct geometry when restoring older saws, or to keep to the factory filing when sharpening newer ones. Typical Veritas high quality, and a nice item to pick up and use in any case.
