Very basic regular straight fit, completely standard "fits most" kind of fit.

Neutral/medium waist, for sure not low.

Size tag is 52, I think it gives an undersized imprsession, I mean size seems to me like +52. I often wear 34" when there is no stretch and this item is roomy on me.

For me 180cm/85kg (I wear mens L tops, 34/32 jeans/chinos) Item is too roomy to wear, size is clearly +34" at the waist.
