Item may have been attached to a jacket, it has the loops on sleeves and neck for hooking it on to a jacket.

Seamwork is well done, better than some items with the same look.

For me 178cm/85kg (I wear mens L tops, 34/32 jeans/chinos) it fits a bit too big to wear, I have to pull it up when I sit for example.
