Typical army polycotton fabric (I find no materials info tag on the item but for sure it is standard polycotton, I recognise it 100%)

Fabric is ideal and it’s the kind I’d hope for regarding weight and look. Colour is just right.

Standard double layer outer/inner construction

I think it has “true” army cut, meaning it is quite baggy so actually fits many layers beneath. With the drawstring at the waist you get the ideal shape and silhoutte. Drawstring is very well designed and placed at just the right spot. I pose with the drawstring loose, item would look better with it properly set up.

Size tag S 54/56, I don’t quite understand it

I’d say will fit a guy up to M, for me as L user it starts to look tiny

No zipper, only buttons

For me 178cm/85kg (I wear mens L tops, 34/32 jeans/chinos) it starts to look tiny but does not constrain me yet.
