Commentary

A record player with a quartz lock and an electronic control arm.

The tone arm employs an electronically controlled ED (Electro-dynamic) servo tone arm.

The ED servo tone arm has the idea of detecting arm vibration purely electronically and canceling it by applying the same force in the opposite direction with feedback control. The movement is controlled by driving two pairs of coreless linear motors directly connected to horizontal and vertical bearings based on the judgment of an electronic circuit.

As a result, unnecessary vibration and inside force due to low frequency resonance and disturbance are canceled, and both needle pressure and anti-skating are constantly controlled.

Soft touch operation is realized by the ED servo tone arm. After 0 balance is achieved, the arm body does not need to be touched. The arm can be operated by pressing the switch on the front edge of the cabinet. This allows for Oatley turn, rejection in the middle and manual operation.

In addition, the needle pressure, anti-skating and Q-dump of fo are continuously variable with independent volumes.

The rotating system employs a double-servo quartz circuit with 30 times higher quartz lock stability than conventional systems, and the drive motor employs a coreless DD motor without the iron core, which causes rotational vibration, to ensure a torque of 1.2kg-cm.

An NR (Non Resonance) turntable with an aluminum die-cast body and a zinc die-cast vibration-proof ring is used for the turntable. By combining different metals, resonance is damped and inertial mass is increased.

In addition, it is equipped with a quick brake so that quick stop is possible.

The Head Y adopts a fully rigid NR (Non Resonance) head shell in which the body of the integrated structure is tightened from the top and bottom with the cartridge and finger plate.

The cabinet uses a 3-layer solid material structure that takes advantage of the non-resonance and non-vibration design.

Also, the surface has a rosewood-like mirror finish.
