Not a modern item but not ancient either (manufactured in 2006). To me, looks more "classic" than "old"

Heavy feel thanks to the hefty lining but the outer does not feel too hard/tough/workwear-ish and likely has okay properties against some spray and moisture

Good cut, does not feel like it'll rip in the armpits

Two way zip, good bulky plastic zipper that is easy to use

Loose bottom hem with a drawstring

Two "double" front pockets (zipper comparment + open compartment on top of each other)

Big Inside chest pocket with zipper

Nice strong collar with good shape

Roll-in hood

For me 178cm/85kg (I wear mens L tops, 34/32 jeans/chinos) Perfect fit, sleeves possibly are little short for me but I often have that problem.
