For me 180cm/85kg (I wear mens L tops, 34/32 jeans/chinos) I can put the item on with no special effort and there is no danger of me ripping the lining -- This proves the design and manufacturing are extremely well done as the item is clearly two sizes too small for me to even think of wearing.
