Pidot Productions Cooking Class for 2

2 slots for the Fish Course with Pidot Productions (normally €190 or €95 each). Welcome to the Fish Course on Thursday 10.10. at 5 p.m. Pitoi's kitchen is located next to Hietalahti Market, at Abrahaminkatu 7 . The course lasts about 4 hours. If you want to enjoy wine while cooking or at dinner, you can bring your own bottle :)

Domestic wild fish is a sustainable and delicious raw material! In our fish course, you will learn how to scale, fillet and cook a whole fish to a perfect end result. Each participant gets their own whole fish to fillet. Of course, the reeds are also cooked into a wonderful tasting fish broth.

In the course, we also prepare a whole stuffed fish, which is cooked until juicy in the oven. Depending on the season and availability, we use 2-4 domestic fish species, from which we cook together a delicious dinner with side dishes.

The menu of the courses lives according to the season and the availability of raw materials. Please note that changes in the menu are possible.

Example menu on the course: Perfectly fried fish, whitefish cooked in a salt crust, caper-butter sauce, salsa verde, stewed spinach and pine nuts, sage-butter potatoes and fennel salad .
