I don't understand the UK size. EU 50 size makes sense. Item fits like a strict 31" waist item. Item has some flex but should fit in a relaxed manner.

For me 180cm/85kg (I wear mens L tops, 34/32 jeans/chinos) I am oversized for the item, to me rise feels rather low but I run of of volume in the thighs already, although I can just pull the item on fully. Nothing seems to be wrong in the shape or lining, just needs an user in the S/M range. I'm sure I'd need atleast size 54.
