Lentokoneeseen kelpaava suuren koiran häkki

Ostettu käytettynä Australiasta. Häkin sisäpuolella ovessa on jälkiä edellisen matkustajan jäljiltä, mutta ei vaikuta häkin käyttöön eikä ollut ongelma lentoyhtiöillekään (lensimme Qatarilla ja Finnairilla). Tullissa suosittelivat laittamaan kaksi uutta puupalaa "ikkunoiden" alapuolelle peittämään metalliverkon reunat.

Suurikokoinen rhodesiankoiramme mahtui häkkiin sopivasti, mahtui hyvin makaamaan, venyttelemään ja kääntymään ympäri. Kuvassa näkyvä kultainennoutaja ei ole matkustanut häkissä, mutta mahtuisi sinne myös.

Bought second hand in Australia. There's some damage on the door on the inside of the crate from the previous traveller, but it doesn't affect the use of the crate and wasn't a problem for the airlines either (Qatar and Finnair). At the customs they recommended adding two pieces of wood under the "windows" to cover the edges of the metal grating.

The crate was just the right size for our large rhodesian ridgeback. He had enough room to comfortably lie down, turn around and stretch. The golden retriever in the photos hasn't travelled in the crate but he would also fit in it.
