Clearly have been in rotation but they have been sized correctly for the user and hence have no heavy shaping to previous user.

Left leg has some twist inwards but I do not feel it at all when I test the item out. So, defect is only "visual", leg has proper volume still. Does not come off looking poor in this case, which is very rare, I think this kind of problem is usually catastrophic. Normal person does not spot the problem.

size tag 31/30 is correct, item is not tiny and I think the cut is great.

For me 180cm/85kg (I wear mens L tops, 34/32 jeans/chinos) I can just put them on and "hang around" thought not move properly. Regular thigh, straight cut but I think manages to look very smart still.
