Crosstrainer: Bowflex Max Trainer M7i

A great cross trainer for home. The older model, but in a really good condition.

- multiple programs,

- user configurations (age + weight) allow to customize trainings,

- heart rate measurement on the handles + extra heart rate chest strap (never used),

- big screen to better follow the program (plus works a little bit as a gamification element that motivates you to keep training),

- tablet / phone stand + bottle holder.

"When using the machine, the movements will resemble the ones you perform while climbing a set of stairs, but the pedals will slightly change their angle with each movement, so your joints won't suffer from any stress. You cannot adjust the stride, so you're stuck with what the machine has to offer. The vertical length of the stride is about 25 cm, while the horizontal length measures at 10 cm. Although the stride cannot be changed, it can be comfortably used by people of all heights."

First owner, bought it 4 years ago, used regularly only in first year then stopped.

Self pickup from Jätkäsaari (no delivery, sorry). Please take into account it's quite heavy, around 70 kilos (if needed can be disassembled).
